Hop Chowdah NE IPA
Hop Chowdah has returned!
Inspired by the thick, creamy bowls of the good stuff, our Director Todd (a New England boy himself) created this lactose-free recipe in celebration of his homeland.
Thickened up with plenty of oats and wheat in the grist, it's a hazy straw-coloured drop of gold. Hopped with Mosaic and Engima in the whirlpool, then double dry-hopped with the same post-fermentation, it's bursting with notes of peach & mango with a touch of green citrus. Dig in!
